Wife and I will be there for 6 days in July! She has never been. My 5 previous visits consisted of the usual expectations gambling, hookers, and blow! LOL Now that's out the way any suggestions on steakhouses etc? so I'm turning her for suggestions on nice restaurants and what is prime dining time? Thanks

Despite the fact that you type like a 12 year old girl, I will highly recommend Sage at the Aria. Unbelievable meal.

And for the love of god, avoid Tom collichios Craftsteak. Worst restaurant I've been to in a long time.

Our favorite restaurant from last time was Bouchon at the Venetian.

This is spot on if you want a good burger.

Best desert I have ever had was at Giada's restaurant. It's cheaper for lunch and you can sit at the bar instead of getting a table.

Mesa Grill in Caesar's had the best tamales I've ever had. It was a little overpriced but everything in Vegas is pretty expensive meal wise.

Prime at Bellagio - request (in advance) a table by the window so you can see the fountain show.

Given the time difference between FL and Vegas, we try to hit the happy hour specials for dinner. Usually good deals at the nicer places.
