Any recs for breweries, tap rooms, restaurants, etc to check out when in Denver? Also going to Fort Collins and Longmont, as New Belgium and Oskar Blues are on the list already.

I'm a big fan of the Great Divide taproom. Love their beer and very cool set up. My experience is pretty limited so I'm sure you'll get a lot of reccs.

Fort Collins

Lots of great places here. I really enjoyed Funkwerks and Equinox Brewing.

Choice City Butcher and Deli was a good place for brunch, with a good tap selection.

This....add Mayor of Old Town pub. Odells is in Ft. Collins too.

In Denver, Denver Beer Co. for their Graham Cracker Porter.
River North Brewing
TRVE is really cool place with great beer
Epic
And you go to Falling Rock Tap House....one of the great craft beer spots in the country.

Thanks for the responses. We plan to hit Falling Rock for dinner one night since most of the breweries we're going to either don't have food or will only have food trucks.

I think we're going to do a brunch at the Fort Collins place mentioned as well. We're trying to do the New Belgium Tour, but all the reserved tickets were taken up, so we're going to try to do standby for it.

TRVE and Epic are on the Denver list. Odells and Funkwerks are in the plans as well. Sam's no 3 is on the list for breakfast one day since we're staying near the convention center. We're looking for a couple more dinner recs, casual only because we aren't packing dress up stuff.

We're also hitting the cluster of places in the RiNo sections, Great Divide Barrel Bar, Mockery, Crooked Stave, and a few others up there. We've got a lot planned, hopefully we get to most of it.

We did Western Michigan last Memorial Day weekend and went to 17 breweries in like 4 days.

This makes for a great day. I highly recommend. I would add Black Shirt, Beryl, Epic, and Ratio if you have time. They are all very close.

We've hit the halfway point of the trip. We've gone to seed stock, strange craft, comrade, trve, Fermaentra, chain reaction, black project, black shirt, mockery, great divide, crooked stave, ratio, and epic over the last two days. And had dinner at park burger.

We were going to go there tonight, but we just were too filled up with beer. We're going to try to make it there before we leave.

Falling Rock truly is a place you don't wanna miss as a beer enthusiast. 75 on tap and even more bottled.
