Buenos Aires suggestions

I will be in BA for a work conference next month. While a lot of my time is planned for meetings, a couple of group tours and dinners, I have a day on the front end and one on the back end to do what I want since I'm travelling alone. Looking for suggestions. I also would love to watch the LSU v. Auburn game on Saturday night so looking for a sports bar. Alamo Bar? Thanks in advance.
