We have tickets to the BCSF tomorrow, but we are looking for something to do tonight. Inside, something fun and not a museum. Any suggestions?

The Insectarium and the Aquarium are both great for indoor places

What are you looking for? You can hit Harrah's, people watch and get plastered on Bourbon, or take a walk on Frenchman for some great live music.

Lee Circle monument. I hear there are no crowds now that only the pedestal remains.

Eating at a good restaurant is generally inside.

The national WWII museum is kick arse, I wouldn't miss it.

Why the hell are there so many downvotes? Those are decent suggestions.

Because every poster on TD is a food or beer snob and they only eat and drink at the finest places.

they wouldnt be caught dead in any of those places

I have to agree with the downvotes on the Aquarium.
The wife and I went a few years ago, and I thought it was the worst Aquarium I have ever been to

Now I agree that the WWII museum is a must. Probably the best thing to visit in New Orleans

Take in as much historic sites as possible, before the mayor wipes all of them clean

I would also say that the zoo is pretty nice. It's 1000 times better than the BR zoo.... but go before the mayor takes away some of the animals because we have to cater to liberal feelings
