Going for a class in a couple of weeks. It's been a few years since I've been, and it was FREEZING when I was last there.
Arriving Sunday afternoon, leaving early Wednesday morning.
Looking for dinner and/or lunch recommendations that aren't wildly far from the Inner Harbor/Convention Center area. Brewpubs, and places to watch Olympic basketball and soccer games on Monday and Tuesday night are most interesting.
My free time for activities is limited - and the O's are out of town, but if there's anything neat to check out, I'm all ears.

Fort McHenry is pretty cool - although the original flag is in the Smithsonian, seeing the place that inspired Key to write The Star Spangled Banner is a great piece of American history.
The B&O Railroad museum was nice when we went, but that was 20+ years ago, not sure if it is even still there with the development of Camden Yards and the Ravens stadium.
I believe Babe Ruth's home is a museum as well.

I'd spend most of my time in Fells Point. It's basically their version of the French Quarter but without nekkid skanks and much less foot traffic.
It's a historic area with a lot of good restaurants and a lot of pubs to bar hop. Also, the TV series Homicide was filmed there.

In addition to the Inner Harbor check out Fell's Point as the other poster suggested and then Harbor East which has lots of things. LINK
Federal Hill Park is a good place to visit and one time I was able to catch the Orioles play which was fun and as good as any MLB venue I've been too--I walked there from the Inner Harbor. The National Aquarium is one of my favorite things to visit anywhere and is well worth the price of admission.
