WordPress Question - If/Then Plugins?

Let's say I wanted someone to be able to type in numbers for a couple of parameters, and using their input, the plugin would calculate a resulting output based on a formula and would then display the choice corresponding to that output on the website. Is there a plugin that can accomplish this for me?
So for an easy and ridiculous example, if the user were to type in their lucky numbers to see what fruit they needed to buy at the grocery for good luck: let's say they type 1 in the first box then 2 in the next box, and then the formula in the background calculated 1+2=3, and then I had "3" set to spit out the word "apple" so they knew they needed to buy an apple, is there a plugin that could do something similar (with way more complicated formulas and no lucky produce)
