Windows 10/ AMD graphics card driver

I tried upgrading to Windows10 from 8.1. Upon completion of installation and final restart my desktop just flashes and the mouse shows the rotating/thinking icon. I can't select anything.
I read on a help forum that I need an updated driver for my graphics card. I have a AMD Radeon HD 7500 I believe but I can't find a windows 10 version and the catalyst installer doesn't recognize my graphics card.
I have since reverted back to 8.1 but I would still like to go to 10 eventually. I was wondering if someone ran across this or might have a fix for this issue. Or am I completed off track on initial analysis.

Yes 64 bit. I got an error on that page but i am on my phone.

I see that's the catalyst driver installer? I have already installed it but it will not find my graphics card.
Funny thing though last night when I was uninstalling the driver for like the third time it found a windows driver for the GC. But I was fed up and it was late so I did a full shutdown.
My wife says she just turned the PC on and after everything loaded up it was working. I will probably still need to find the appropriate driver from AMD for the best performance but atleast it's usable.

The catalyst installer is what installs everything, that contains the latest display driver.
I would recommend downloading display driver uninstaller LINK, and use it to completely uninstall all AMD software, then reinstall using the catalyst installer provided.
