Why is my phone not saving my logins?

iPhone 5s that I've had for a couple months now. All of a sudden yesterday, it is not saving my logins to my regular websites I frequent (TD, Facebook, Rivals, etc), so that each time I go to a site, I have to reenter all of my info. It may save it once or twice, but if I don't stay active on the site or change locations it logs me out. It's very frustrating.
I haven't updated anything (that I'm aware of). What gives?

If you're using Safari, go to Settings>Safari and make sure "Block Cookies" is not set to "Always"

no, when you are in safari, is the chrome White or Dark Grey? Hit the tab button and in the lower right hand corner there is a Private button, is it on?
