Weird Jailbreak issue iOS 7.1.1

Device is an iPhone 5s JB'd through Pangu. When I open up cydia I get this error
And I have no packages showing in any of my source folders in cydia. And when I go to my sources I get this error.
It's like the cydia store is empty. So. I googled the error and said it may be bad sources so I purged my source list, to the point where I thought I would lose almost all of my tweaks, and that's where it gets weird...
Everything is acting normal. All tweaks running fine, phone operating normally but cydia is empty. I've searched a shitload of forums but I figure you guys might be able to help.
P.S.
Laptop is on the fritz so I can't rejailbreak.

Try rebooting the phone and bringing up cydia.
Or I would tell you to re JB but your laptop is messed up

Did the respring but not a hard reset yet. I may just borrow my moms 10 year old laptop to re-JB it
