recently a few websites that I frequent have been showing certificate errors - meaning that the screen shows blank and will not let me log-on, I don't recall this problem in the past. ex. dollar shave club, I can visit the site but when I attempt to log-in the screen goes blank and I get a message in the tool bar saying "certificate errors" - I'm baffled.

Is the date/time correct on your PC?

Usually a specific reason is given for the error. Do you know what it is?

I did a search and it's like 4 or 5 different type of errors and it's not all sites I visit only a select few

Date and time would be the first place I'd check. Looks like you checked there though.

yes I even googled the crap and it advised me to change the internet options under tools and uncheck "check for server certification etc" tried that with zero luck.
I keep looking at the damn clock thinking I'm missing something.

Have you tried different browsers? It seems odd that you'd be getting this regularly for different well known sites at the same time. I did just check Dollar Shave Club's certificate and it expires August 9th, less than a week from now, which again points to is your time date set right.

Thanks for the reply - I'll give it a try.
