Website Builder?

I'm wanting to build a simple website for my business and not spend a ton of money. Would like to spend a few hundred tops for right now. Any suggestions or good sites and maybe tutorials to do it myself?

Do you already have your domain name registered? I use namecheap.com to register my domain name and am currently using ehost.com for hosting. I usually get the longest introductory offer from a hosting company, then when it's over switch.
As far as actually building the website, that depends on what all you want on your site, and how often you will need to update it. There are a few different Content Management System (CMS) that you can choose from, or you can use the hosting company's drag and drop site building. I use the Concrete5 CMS. WordPress is probably the most used CMS.

I have my business emails through Google Mail and I have my domain name from that. Thanks for the advice. I will research everything mentioned. Will start on it this week.

Go get the divi theme and dick builder for WordPress, lots of pre built templates and divi builder is easy to use.

I didn't know I was this bad with computers. I used Word Press and went with the Divi builder. I can't add divi builder theme to Word Press for whatever reason.

wix is great. very very easy to use, cheap monthly hosting and it looks good.
I use it for my companies and my wife's.

Weebly. They are the best in the space and the people there are amazing. Their customer service punks even Amazon in its prime. They are a company I cannot say enough about.

+1 for Squarespace, and I hear that Wix and Weebly are easy to use.
The big benefit of Squarespace (and some other options) is that you are not at all responsible for the platform or anything technical. You just have to deal with your own content, which is what you should be concentrating on anyway.
Pro tips about Wordpress:
1) You do NOT want to be responsible for running a WordPress install. You really don't.
2) Wordpress themes come in all shapes and sizes, but if you choose to switch themes later you might find that your actual content is all wrapped-up in short-codes and other atrocities.
3) WP is a constant target for hacking and spam, which means frequent updates, which means more chances for incompatible plugins, which means you should re-read the first tip.

What do you consider running an install? Using cPanel to install it or a fresh install from scratch?

I meant any aspect of installing, maintaining or hosting the WordPress platform.
From a business standpoint, every minute spent installing, managing or upgrading WordPress (or fiddling with cPanel, etc.) is a wasted minute that would be better spent making sure that the site's content is the best it can be, or tending to actual business.
Squarespace (as an example) completely manages the platform so that the business owner can just manage the site itself, and that is extremely appealing for a lot of reasons.
Beyond that, Wordpress is completely dependent on unevenly written, supported and updated plugins/themes to do anything modern or complicated (with page layout, for example). I feel like it's no longer the answer for anything.

If you are going to manage a website I recommend learning Drupal. It's a little harder to learn than WordPress but gives you more options.
Squarespace is still my vote

I've used Concrete 5 once to edit content, so I didn't have to figure out how to build anything with it. It's interesting, but I don't have any real opinion about it.
The very best CMS experience I've had is with Craft CMS. I haven't built a site with it myself yet, but I was the client on a Craft project in the fall. It's great because it was built from the start to be flexible and make modern page layouts.
We will test re-building our main site in Craft this summer...
Edit: But for a do it yourself non-web-developer situation, I still recommend Squarespace.

If you need a simple website with nothing real special, use wix.com.
If you want a little more pizazz, wordpress... so many customization options.
If you're selling shite, shopify.. this is what I use for my site.

Bravenet isn't one of the most popular, their CS is limited to only tickets, but they are solid in my book.
They have a decent amount of templates and the site builder is almost as simple as Wix. They allow Head tag editing for custom Java and custom CSS through the site builder if you're adventerous. They also allow any other script or just using their server for multiple websites if that's your choice.
