Verizon's new unlimited plans?

Anybody here on the new plans? Apparently they give unlimited data but with possible throttling any time the network gets congested, regardless of how much date you've used.
AT&T is pissing me off with my Uverse TV and internet randomly losing service for 1-2 minutes multiple times while I'm trying to watch something. Having them come out to try to figure it out, but this will be 2nd time for same problem. If I drop AT&T for the TV and internet, I'm considering switching cell phone too since I'll be in the market for a new phone soon

no, they deprioritize after you've reached 22gb.
I had it for a few months before I switched to the free Sprint deal. It was great.
