my friend just got one for free, I have AT&T, so i wont be able to use it with their 4g network, but I can use it for wifi, basically i just want to know if I can put movies on it and stream netflix while i poop, will it run VLC and let me watch movies i downloaded

I have one and so does my son. I use mine for Netflix etc. He uses his for that plus games etc. Neither one of us have had any problems whatsoever.
