I honestly don't know which one I'm going to get just yet. I've heard good things about the Mohu Leaf, but it looks to be the exact same thing as the 1byOne. You might have better luck than me with that style, but I figured being as close as I am to the stations that there wouldn't be an issue with a 50 mile antenna.

I might spend a few bucks and give this one a shot Amazon HD Antenna

It's a little more than I'd like to spend on one, but I'm willing to give it a shot. At least if I get the same results I can adjust it with a remote instead of having to keep moving it from place to place.

If anyone is looking for a good way to stream sports, "Live TV" under the Castaway app has been really good tonight. OK enough picture, but it works. In my experience, Sportsdevil has been all but useless for a while.

I have Krypton and can't seem to get any add-ons besides salts, exodus and 1channel. I used Ares to download cast away and sports devil but nothing is showing up.

That's because Krypton is still in the Beta phase, actually in the 3rd Alpha. Add-ons are still being developed.

Technically, Jarvis 16.1 is the only official, stable release.

on the Kodi page this is all explained.

Any confirmed attic antenna type that others have working that gets WAFB clearly?

I have a rabbit ears type that gets all except WAFB. Just curious which one I should buy for the attic.

. WAFB website recommends a 30" antenna, but not seeing any attic antennas that long

Hey go4lsu Did you get that GE attic antenna? If so, hows it working out for you? I am thinking of pulling the trigger on one.

I bought that GE antenna months ago when I made the switch to Vue. It works great. The picture I get from the antenna is clearer than I got with Cox or with Vue. I looked online where the TV station satellites are and pointed the antenna in that direction. The thing that worked out so well for me was the way my cable came into my attic and split to all the other rooms from there.

Any KODI users tried out KODI v17 and/or specifically the new Estuary and Estouchy themes?

Ok so I just changed to the FireTV and move the firestick to the bedroom. Stick works with WatchESPN, but every time I try to put in the info for the TV it doesnt.

It doesnt give me the option to enter my "cable" info and just asks me for the provider. Any way around this? I have the cable info which will work, but it doesnt give me the option to enter it.

If you mean that you can't sign in, delete the watch ESPN app and download again. When you open for the first time, it should ask for cable provider and tell you to log in and activate with a code. You when then log in on computer or phone to the watch ESPN activate site to get code.

I might play with it on my work PC, but I am not messing with my fire tv's at home until something stabil is out and working. I got all my shite at home set the way I want, I am not about to go messing with it.

I can't find a working Seahawks/Cowboys stream anywhere on Kodi. Anyone having any luck?

ETA: My aforementioned Castaway/LiveTV has a good one. It was listed as "German" so I avoided it since I wanted an English broadcast, but it IS in English. Tried dozens of other links on other Castaway/Sportsdevil, and none of them worked at all, or they gave me the Phins/Falcons game.

First off let me say this thread is badass with a lot of good info.

Been researching our options, and I think we're going to go with FireTV/PSVue and antenna on each of our 3 TVs.

So we'll have:
PSVue Elite - add Showtime package total $56
HBO now - $15
Netflix - $8
Amazon - $99/year
Antenna for live local channels

Currently it just feels like we pay way too much for cable, so we'll keep the internet and go from there.

Thanks for all who have been posting in this thread. I'll come back and report how my setup works once we get it going.

Question for any PS Vue users - any problems logging into WatchESPN on iPad to watch? That's how I caught 99% of the LSU baseball games I watched - kids too busy tying up the TV
