Total Home Media Control System/components suggestions

Moving into a new house. It is wired with built in speakers and a media closet. I plan to have 4 TVs and want to be able to control zones of speakers for TV viewing and for audio. I have U-verse cable, so I will be able to have a wireless box in at least one zone. Also have Apple TV for two of the TVs and want a Blue Ray for all zones.
What is the best system to control all of this? I have nothing at all in the way of an audio receiver or a controller.

Do you want independent control of each zone and the ability to send different sources to different zones at the same time?
Control4 might be a good option. Understand that whatever you get at that level of control is probably going to require someone else to program and setup the system for you.

Yes. I want total control. Figured I might have to get someone. Sounds expensive.

Depends on your definition of expensive. Control4 is on the lower end price wise of these systems.
