Looking to add to my monitor collection. I'm looking at these monitors:

Asus PB298q
Asus PB278q
Asus PB287q

I'm not set and firm on one of these, though. My budget is ~$600.

Not sure what makes the ASUS IPS panel different from the Koreans. Probably not a whole not.

Honestly I'd wait for a reliably 120HZ+ 1440P IPS (or TN gsync if you go that route). Or, go 4K. I almost did it, and still may do it in the next 6 months if I get sick of waiting for a ROG Swift or better.

ROG Swift is the one I am waiting on as well. It's too nice.

I'm looking at the ASUS PB278Q if I end up building a PC.

What is the advantage of upgrading?

I've got 6 year old dell lcd monitors.

My eyes do get tired at the end of the day though. Would new ones help?

Higher resolutions, better panels, faster response times, etc.. etc.. etc..

Blue doesn't even have a computer; it's more of a concept than a real thing.

My current video card doesn't have a displayport output, so I'm stuck to 30hz at 4, which sucks arse. I'm currently shopping for a new card now
