Surface Pro 3 or SP4?

Do you think the enhancements in the SP4 make it worth the extra few hundred bucks? The peripherals [new type cover and the pen] work with the SP3 which is making me consider it as a good option.
I will be starting a MBA in the near future and I am planning on having a surface in class to take notes / have PDFs open. I will have a regular laptop that I will use to do my actual number crunching, so horsepower is not a big concern.
Thoughts?

I've always been a proponent of spending the extra couple of $$ and getting the latest.
However, if money is a critical factor and that savings of 300$ or so dollars matters, the SP3 is damn good product.
