Stereo Receiver
Posted by El Jefe on 8/15/15 at 9:18 pm00
I'm looking for 2 simple receivers to hook to tv/dvd/speakers and catch am/fm radio. Nothing fancy. Everything I find is a couple hundred each. Any suggestions on something for <$100?

Do you already have the speakers? If not, why not go with a small set of powered speakers? I have a pair of Audioengine A5s in my bedroom that sound amazing and were in the 250 to 300 range. Or a a decent bluetooth speaker might be a good option.
If you have really looking for a sub100 receiver, then you will find one but it might not last you very long. A better option in this case might be to try to find a decent used receiver that is a few years old.

Check your local goodwill. They usually have old receivers for less than $20
