and this for a waterproof bag.

Kobert Waterproof bag

Anyone have any suggestions?

Why not just a lifeproof case?

Thought about it. Don't want to deal with the special plug for the headphone hole, use special headphones etc.

The waterproof case is just for the beach, kayaking etc. for a layer of protection in those environments.

That Kobert thing doesn't look like a good idea.

My wife used that bag when we went skiing this past March. It fell into the snow/got wet several times and it held up like a champ. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it held up and the quality of pictures and such being taken through the plastic.

Fair enough. I have used those bags before when yaking, boating, etc... and while they're good to keep your phone protected, I found them virtually useless as far as using your phone in the bag to do more than see you've missed a call/text/etc... or take a picture. Typing with them on is a PITA and phone calls are a no-go in my experience.

If the lifeproof is too much of a PITA most of the time, maybe buy one just to use in those certain situations? Kind of pricey for something that specific though.

Maybe something like this $36 Merit Case would be more palatable? Merit™ iPhone 6 Waterproof Case

That's all I care about really.

Sounds perfect for me then. If I'm using it, I'm at a place where I don't need to take calls or answer texts, but if I can see I can call back.

Thanks everyone for the input.

I have a bag similar to that one

I use it when I'm duck hunting. Haven't had to test its capability yet but It seems pretty Sturdy and watertight
