Does anyone know where I could buy one. I tried sites like ebay, but I could not seem to come across one.

Perhaps I was not clear. By rooted, I mean I want to access to my phones directory of files. I am ok with having a voided warranty.
Essentially I want access to the phone that retail (like AT&T) does not sell

No he means root level access similar to jailbreaking an iPhone.
Anyway, Just buy your carrier's version from somewhere and root if yourself. It's not hard to do. Go to XDA and android forums and do some research. You're probably going to want to know at least a little about what's going on if you want to use a rooted phone.

Try SWAPPA. Sometimes they have rooted phones. I don't know why you don't just buy a locked phone though, and root it yourself. The truth is it's really not that hard to do, even with knox.
