did you not know about the BestBuy sale this past weekend? 13" macbook air w/ i5, 4gb RAM, 128gb SSD for $850.
I just ordered one from the apple store because I wanted the i7 and more RAM. check macmall and can look at other vendors through pricegrabber.com

Buy online from the apple store for educators and save about 10%. it's not much but it will get you all of the benefits of buying new from apple such as apple care and device support.

Why not buy from a local reseller like Nortech ?
