I buy open box from Best buy all the time. Also have ordered a few refurbished TV's from Woot.com with way good luck.
TV's are cheap now so that should be a decent Camp TV

As someone who used to work there, I can say that the majority of open box TVs we had were from people who took them home, decided they were "too big" or "too small," and returned them.
It's not a bad route to take.
