Reboot and select proper boot device

So I rebooted, made sure that the computer is booting from the hard drive. It looked like the priority had switched to the cd drive, then restarted.
I am still getting the reboot and select proper boot device screen.
Thoughts?

What kind of computer are you using? What Operating System (Mac OS X Yosemite or Lion or Windows etc.) ?
