Question about icon add ons with nova launcher

I have the free version of nova and downloaded an icon packet.. Some icons I don't like. I've looked, maybe not hard enough, and can't seem to find how to change individual icons with a different pack. Is that option available, to pick one icon for an app from one icon packet and use a different one from another packet out do you have to use everything that packet has with no other options? I'm using Samsung note 5 not rooted...Thanks!

I do not know if this applies to the free version as I have the paid version of Nova, but if you long press an app icon, select "edit," you can tap the icon and change it to a specific icon pack.

On the home screen? Because when I do that and hit edit it just gives me the option to change the name..

Never mind, just clicked on the icon and it let me do it... I didn't realize that you could click the actual icon, I thought it would only give me the option to change the name...
