Psvue "home location" issues

I bought a refurbished roku unit to replace my roku stick. I've installed it like normal but psvue isn't letting me activate. This is the 5th device I would be activating on my psvue account. It's on the same network as the rest of my devices but it's giving me an error saying I'm not on my home network and if I activate, the rest of my devices will be reset.
I tried a factory reset and it's giving me the same problem.
How do I resolve this?

Sounds like it's still logged in under the previous owners account.

I could never try a psvue trial because of something with my location. People say it's a semi common problem with Cox.

Vue hooked me up with Dallas (3.5 hours away) as my local area instead of Lawton OK/ Wichita Falls TX

When I moved from one TV market to another I had to call Sony to get them to fix the "Home Location" issue. While it was pretty painless, I found out there was no other way to get it fixed other than calling or creating a new account.
