Maybe - Depends on how good it is with a Fire Stick.

No Roku?...come on people.

It's terrible on the fire stick. I can tell you that. The interface on the PS4 and PS3 is 100% top notch, though.

Well that settles. Cool idea, but no Roku, no go.

Holy shite I'm about to drop Sling TV. How's the interrace? SlingTV is horrible.

The interface on a PS4 is the best thing you can honestly ask for as a cord cutter.

I tried it on my Fire Stick and wasn't impressed.

Mind signing up for the free 7 day trial and telling me which channels you get with the $29.99 package?

They don't know what the pricing will be apparently - those sites provide conflicting info.
Honestly those prices are too high. Whats the advantage of paying PS $50+ a month when nearly everyone still has to pay their ISP for broadband? I get a better deal from my bundle, and dont have to use all my 250GB cap to watch TV.

The pricing is already stated

$30 for the basic package (doesn't include LIVE locals yet, but includes on demand for locals).

You can also record shows

I didn't see this package. What about DVR? Can you record shows. Is it limited to one user or can you use it around the house?

Probably because you're in a region that offers its normal pricing. You around Dallas?

Yes, you can record shows

You can watch it on multiple platforms as long as they are on the same network. You WILL get the boot if they sense that you're on a different network.

I watched it on my PS4, Fire Stick and Iphone all at the same time.

One linked site says $30, the other says $40. No live tv? Yikes. Even my shitty ISP provides live tv through an app.

50/5 internet +200 channels + dvr is $100/month. Internet alone is $40 So call it $60/month for like services, plus I'm not eating my data cap. Yeah I really dont see the market for this.

It depends on if you are in a market they are just expanding to. Dallas, New York, Chicago, etc are all $40.

Yes, there's live TV, but not for CBS, ABC, FOX or NBC. But I have an antenna that catches those already.

people keep saying "data cap" -- what is that, does cox have that, and how do I find it?

Scratch that. Found it. Holy hell, one more reason why I hate cox.

Although, it has clearly never affected me since I haven't gone over it

And what about when your promotion is over?

There is obviously a market for it or they wouldn't be expanding it.

It's not going to be a fit for everyone.

I blow my data cap with Cox away every month and the only thing I have received is an occasional email with tips on how to lower my usage.
