Private seller v. Amazon Prime

Difference is $40 on a phone. What do you recommend?

Its a smartphone. He is on the crackberry website. Would use paypal. However, you know Amazon Prime will back it up if anything at all happens. Worth extra $40 or not.

Depends on the seller's history and ratings. And what's the price of the phone? You said it's a $40 difference, but if we're talking about $10 vs. $50, I'd take the $10 because it's little risk. If we're talking $700 vs. $740, I'd go with $740 because it's a much bigger risk.

I've considered it in the past but now I'm leaning towards a classic. My Passport is great during the work week but when I'm active on the weekends I would like something smaller. I've been using my Q10 but the Classic is so cheap that it's almost hard to pass up. I would love to be able to mash the end call button again.
