Plex Media Tutorials Links?

Just started messing around with it this past weekend, and I'm looking for any helpful information/directions on the most efficient way to go about setting up, organizing and securing my files. Any info is helpful.
Also, I created a thread on here a while back asking about NAS devices, and the best way to go about creating local storage for 12+ tb's of storage. a few recommended just building a dedicated plex media server. so i'm back here now wondering if anyone has links to builds with enough cpu processing to transcode 5 to 6 connections at a time? preferably a build that storage can be added onto as needed and something small and energy efficient.

I don't know how it compares to a custom build plex server, but a few weeks back they announced plex would run on Nvidia Shield LINK Why do you need that many streams? Even with a house full of people surely some will be watching stuff in apps like NetFlix/YouTube

I probably won't need that many, but I'd like to make sure I have the processing power just in case I do.
