I'm stuck with the Outlook web app and I guess I've never tried to use it this way but I'm having trouble. Let me explain:

I want to send specific screen caps or snippets and I'm using Word 2010 in place of the Insert>Screenshot>Screen Clipping feature in Outlook. They both operate in the same manner.

The problem is that when it pastes the clipping into the Word Document, once I copy the image, I can't go into the new e-mail from the Outlook Web App and paste it into the message. It won't give me the "Paste" option as its grayed out.

WTF do I do?

When you log in, do you specify your domain, before your username? In other words, domain\username and then enter your password? Seems like, at least with older versions of MS OWA, certain features (like spell check) wouldn't work unless you used your domain.

Is the new email HTML format or just text? that's common when replying to emails and trying to paste something from clipboard.
