Opinions on the best ATT Go-phone. Need a cheap temp phone

Get a Windows Phone. They aren't great but they'll do what you want and you can find one that will run well for less than $100. If you want an Android phone look at Blu. Their phones are pretty much stock and they're really cheap.

I don't know how cheap you are looking for but I picked up a Motorola G 4 for $200 at Best Buy a few months ago as a temporary phone and liked it so much I still use it.

It is unlocked so you can use it on all four carriers. It also has a solid camera if you are making some videos with your side piece.

(I just checked out the phone in your OP, and it looks pretty similar to the Moto except it only cost $80, that is a hell of a deal)
