PS Vue has CBS/WAFB and I can get NBC and Fox via OTA so between that and Watch ESPN I thought I would be fine. First CBS CFB game I try to watch... "Live streaming for this game is not allowed"

Already been to the Cox store to get a new box.

Really liked PS Vue to.

Just not ready for me yet.

Yeah, CBS is a tPOS. They make you pay for CBS all access at $5.99/month. I believe you can get a 1 month free trial though. Try downloading the cbs app

ETA: nvm. Telling me I can’t stream it too.

Streaming simply doesn't have an answer for live cfb unless you want to pay as much or more than cable

PS Vue has my local CBS affiliate, bit I tried to watch Cal and UNC this morning and it said Live Streaming Not Available for this game.

So back to cable I go.

Wha? Streaming services + OTA antenna covers pretty much everything for CFB at a fraction of the price. I've been doing it for years...

You are going back to cable over missing the UNC vs CAL game?

Where do you live? You should be able to get all major networks OTA

Absolutely I am. I want to watch what I want to watch. If they don't have that game then they won't have the SEC games either.

Smack in the middle of Baton Rouge. Not allowed to have an outdoor OTA.

Doesn't bother me. I am totally fine with spending the extra money to get what I want without a bunch of hassle.

ABC games are all on WatchESPN though, aren't they?

Have you tried using an attic antenna for CBS?

This. Put one in the attic. Or you could get rabbit ears or flat one to hang on the wall. Might be an eye sore but can take down when not using it.

Yes you are. If your HOA says otherwise, they are trying to bully you into following their rules. Put an antenna outside, you have the fed gov on your side.

Put antenna in attic that is where mine is located.

You just need a stronger antenna

I have what is supposed to be an 80 mile antenna and the transmiter is like 25 miles away. Can't get CBS unless I walk that sucker completely outside. Attic doesn't work either.

I'm not gonna be that guy that throws up an ugly arse antenna outside.

Back to cable for me. Never had an issue with it except for cost, but having given cord cutting a serious run the last few months, the extra cost is worth it to me.

Not a fraction.

Internet by itself costs at least 60 for reasonable speeds
Sling is the cheapest streaming service. It's 40 to get all of the sports channels
