Need help deciding between Dish and comcast

I'll try and keep this brief. I currently have dish network and am very happy with the service. I have the top 200 package no premium channels with the sports add on package and am currently paying 120 a month. I really enjoy the commercial skip feature for prime time dvr recordings and the 30 second fast forward button. For my internet I have comcast cable, it runs 80 bucks a month for 30 mb download.
Comcast has offered me a deal at 140 a month with the X1 that will include 105 mb internet 240 channels plus all the premium channels like HBO Showtime etc,the sports package, and digital phone service.
It seems like the Comcast choice is the clear winner. Am I a fool to consider Comcast considering they are regarded as such a bad company?

No, go with the best deal. Cable TV is generally more reliable than satellite TV regardless.

Always pick Comcast. They're the best cable company out there. Customer service is the best, they are always on time and will go above and beyond to give you the best possible experience. You only deal with American people when you call for help. Not to mention fair prices, a great selection of channels, and service almost never drops (like literally in my 6 years with comcast, I have lost service twice, and not more than 15 minutes at a time due to them being so quick to fix the problem.) You won't be disappointed.

I have heard comcast is one of the worst companies to deal with in the world. Why don't you let the people at dish know the deal comcast is trying to give you. There is always a lot of wiggle room

Ive tried and they wont budge much. They also cant offer me the internet speeds I am looking for. I'll always have to have comcast because its the only provider in the area that has speeds like that.
The few times I have dealt with comcast have been a nightmare and adding tv will only add to it. I think I'll just pay more and stick with Dish.

Comcast blows but I'd definitely do it for 60 bucks a month and better overall offerings. Guessing Uverse isn't an option there?
Comcast is only as shitty as having to deal with Comcast. They have worthless people, but once you get it installed you probably won't notice all that much. My parents had Comcast for years, and while trying to get their help with something is mind numbing because they're absolute imbeciles, it really isn't that awful if you only have limited options.
Since you have dish have you priced a directv and att bundle (if that's available?) Honestly that Comcast deal sounds pretty good for what you're getting.

Does the comcast deal require a contract?
In two months dish network will offer you new customer pricing again. They will bombard your email and mailbox. Even directv offers 200 dollar gift cards to switch back on top of new customer pricing.

Is the Comcast deal a 6 month or year promo? What did you tell Dish to try to get them to lower their price? I can usually call them up and get them to drop $5 a month for very little reason. I've never had comcast, but I've tried other cable company DVR's, and nothing touches the Dish Hopper.
