My biggest issue with the Apple Watch so far...telling time.

Here's the deal, I haven't worn a watch in years so I am still getting used to wearing this thing (42mm Black Sport)...I find it to be a pain just to get the time. I don't want to have to turn my wrist or tap the screen to get the time. They have to figure out a way to have the time always appear on the screen. If Timex can figure out how to get a Ironman watch to show time for 5+ years without any action by the wearer, Apple needs to do the same. Too many times, the screen doesn't come on when I want it to, or turns off when I don't want it to.
Other issue is that I find it doesn't alway respond easily to touch and that needs to be fixed. Some of the areas to touch are too small.
I do love the fitness tracking aspects on it, and I have used the messaging app often. And I like getting notifications on my watch when my phone is in my pocket.
I will be interested to see how this product improves. I don't have any other smart watches to compare it too...I think the apple watch has potential but needs some improvements.

Chicken,
Return the apple iwatch and get a Garmin Fenix 3. If you do any kind of exercise, want a step counter and a watch with caller ID. Best watch on the market, hands down.
God knows, I've spent too much on watches and I've simply fallen in love with this one. It's the shite.

It's is a pain at times. But I find you get pretty used to turning your wrist. It almost becomes second nature.
Another issue I have is sometimes when I flex my wrist upwards hard I "squeeze" the buttons and Siri comes on and asks me WTF?

I've had mine since Friday and haven't noticed this problem. I think navigating the watch takes a bit of time to master.
I have also been pleased with the battery life. I wear it all day, make a few calls on it and usually have 40% battery left when I go to bed.
One thing I don't like is the volume level when talking on the phone. It's too low and I don't know if I'm hard of hearing or just haven't figured out how to adjust it upward.

The volume bar is at the top during a call.

Wait, so now there's gonna be a bunch of people talking to their wrists now? I didn't know you could do that.
Great. Add those people to the Bluetooth set club of hate.
