MS EXCEL Index Match troubleshooting

I have a large data set, with which I need to call upon and copy over to a new sheet.
I've done index-match function many times but for the life of me can't get this one to work. I would like to match the value and then be able to drag the formula across horizontally to pick up all of the info for each number selected.
here's the data set
here's my formula gone wrong
where am I going wrong here, besides everywhere?

Here is an easy way to remember how it works
=INDEX ( Column I want a return value from , MATCH ( My Lookup Value , Column I want to Lookup against , Enter “0” ))
therefore you should have
=index(sheet3!b$2:b$29,match(a$2,sheet3!a$2:a$29)
=INDEX ( Column I want a return value from , MATCH ( My Lookup Value , Column I want to Lookup against , Enter “0” ))
therefore you should have
=index(sheet3!b$2:b$29,match(a$2,sheet3!a$2:a$29)
