It works from everywhere else.

ASA5505 behind Uverse modem, can ping and ssh directly to the ASA by it's public IP, that's the IP reported by ipchicken.com so no double NAT or anything stupid like that.

I can login to a certain webmail host from my shop and from other customers' networks who are also behind Uverse modems.

I can actually get to the webmail page, but the login fails. It works from everywhere except this one location.

Uverse modem and ASA have been rebooted. DNS Server has been restarted.

Mind blown.

ETA: No OpenDNS, no Barracuda, no web filtering or proxying.

webmail is using Horde.

Just tried Ultrasurf proxy from customer's network. Login successful, but then immediately says "IP has changed, Please login again" and can never actually get to the mail.

Interestingly enough, it's not just the webmail. This started because Outlook started asking for the password. The customer called the email provider and had them reset the password. Outlook authentication (IMAP) fails as well as the webmail.

Something really fricked up is going on.

Obviously the transverse confibulator needs to be reconfigured.

I would start by redirect the power from the dilithium crystals.

Where is the server location? Behind the ASA or hosted somewhere else? Sounds hosted but just double checking.

It's hosted elsewhere. I called the admin of that server and he is stumped as well.

Come on guys, it's so simple maybe you need a refresher course. Heyya! It's all ball bearings nowadays. Now you prepare that Fetzer valve with some 3-in-1 oil and some gauze pads, and I'm gonna need 'bout ten quarts of anti-freeze, preferably Prestone. No, no make that Quaker State.

I'd check the logs of the mail server or maybe any firewalls/filters on the server side. Possible it's rejecting the connection at some point. Maybe compare it to a successful login. Hard to tell. Good luck.

Are you getting redirected to a page called "/cgi-bin/redirect.ha"

I've run into this with people using Uverse before. It was a pain in the arse. I think they had to swap out the modem.
