Im in the market to buy a new computer. I don't do any serious gaming I'll play D3 and may some others but only sometimes. Its just going to be a multi use computer but I do want it to last. I would like to be under $1000 tower. I am looking at this guy right now BestBuy This seems like maybe overkill but the idea of having an I7 sounds nice. Thoughts?

You don't need an i7 unless you are doing video editing or something like that.

You should do a little research on how to put one together. It's really not difficult; the hardest part is choosing your parts. The guys around here are very helpful with that.

Check HP ENVY for a comparison. My last two computers have been HPs and both lasted over six years with no problems (updated for Windows upgrades). LINK
