Looking at setting up video conferencing for the office

Background, most employees are in on location except the sales team and some senior management about 10-15 users

Basically looking for the best service or services and equipment for two way communication. Budget isn't too much of an issue but I'm not spending $25K either, I am the accountant so I naturally want quality but at the best price.

Will need one camera and mic for the conference room, the remote users can use their laptops.

If you need more information let me know, this is my first time working in this area.

I posted this a while back about a Ricoh product that a few of our clients adopted:
