Buy a screen + tools on Amazon or iFixit. Pretty easy to do yourself

5s was an easy fix. Some of those screens from Amazon aren't very good quality so be careful.
You may want to check with an Apple Store if you aren't too far. They replaced my wife's iPhone 6 Plus screen for like $149. Not a bad price for OEM equipment with warranty.

I've had good results with urepair's screens on amazon for $40. If it's your first time doing a screen repair, follow ifixit tutorial and it should be an easy fix.
