So I have my work Outlook email synced up to the stock email app for Android.

All of a sudden a couple of days ago, it'll only show me today and yesterday's emails. Then the next day, it'll still only show that day and the previous day, so the "older" emails just keep going away for some reason.

This goes for the inbox and all folders as well. I'm not sure what happened, as I don't recall messing with any settings from the last time it worked to the next time I fired it up and all my emails were not showing. Plus there aren't a whole lot of settings anyway so I have no clue what I did or how to fix it(other than trying to remove the account and activate it again, but I'm trying to see if I can resolve it first)

Anyone ever see or hear of this or something similar?

Thanks

Settings/accounts/exchange/synch settings...

If not exactly that, something very similar depending on your flavor

Sweet, that was it. Thanks man.

I do remember changing that setting now. I misinterpreted the Sync Interval. I put one day, not sure what I was thinking, I guess that it would sync and update daily, but it was actually changing it to show only 1 day's worth of emails. Switched to ALL and now it's working fine.

Thanks!

FYI, I used that for a long time, but find Nine to be a much better exchange app.

I tried the Outlook.com app, but it doesn't recognize my email/password, not sure what I'm missing there.

Nine app, i'll give it a whirl.

Thanks

I love Nine and find the functionality and design to be better than the stock app, great reco.

Only problem...all of a sudden yesterday, it stopped syncing completely with my emails. I'm not sure why. Now that I understand the settings better, everything is set to Sync All, so no clue what the issue is. I havent' tried deleting my email address and firing it up again, as that would result in me having to not only set it up but fix all the settings I had done as well. I may do that once, but if I have the issue again, that could be a problem going forward with using this app.
