I'd also like to delay the playback so perhaps running the video to a computer or device that can run the GoPro app then to the projector?

Something can be attached to the projector and/or the camera just that the projector and camera camera and be hardwired together.

When you say mirror, you mean in real time as it is recording? I can see what is happening on my GoPro in my app on my iPhone. Not sure why I couldn't just AirPlay it.

Yea mirror in real time or close to it.

I want to run a video delay for athletes so it can have a bit of a lag since I'll be lagging it further anyway.

I was thinking:

GoPro wirelessly through airplay to iPad to apple TV to projector. Or I could just connect the iPad to the projector? What would give me the best quality video from the GoPro to the projector?
