IPhone user. I have one contact that is set to do not disturb. Why?!

I understand the do not disturb function on iPhone and it's turned off right now. But I have one contact that when they call or text my phone will not ring. In the messages there is a moon by their name which usually means do not disturb. It's only that contact and their Messages and calls are silenced even when I have do not disturb turned off
How can I get that turned off?

Try clicking on the message with the moon by it. At the top click the i then scroll down and turn do not disturb off if it's turned on.
