On some of my text messages it says sending at the top - all the time - although the text has gone through.

It does this when the text message colors are green - no problems when it is blue.

The Blue means it's sending via iMessage (which uses data), while the green means it's sending as a regular text (which uses cell network). Sometimes if you have a poor data connection, your iMessage will fail to send correctly, but you can send it as a regular text. To get rid of the "Sending", you may have to restart your phone.

Also if it was sent as a text and not I message. There is no tracking if it was ever read like with I message so it will continue to say sending

Settings>Messages>Send as SMS

Make sure this is on or group messages to people without iphones will not go through.

Thanks! I've been running simultaneous text messages due to this issue and one friend having blackberry. I was giving him shite about being a pain in the arse and it appears it was all on me.

I won't admit that to him though.
