Iphone Photobucket - Waiting on Wifi?

This morning I tried to upload a picture to the Photobucket app on my Iphone.
I am getting "Uploading - 1 left - Waiting for WiFi"
Is this something new with photobucket where you must be connected to a wireless network?

the is an option in the settings to only sync over wifi. uncheck that
