Haven't had this issue before. Just started this week. I've switched channels. Upgraded the firmware. Changed the auto to 40mhz. I'm out of ideas and this shite is pissing me off.

Any ideas? It'll drop for ~30 seconds on all devices and then come back.

Have you added any new devices or phones to your network recently?

Eta ... Or has your neighbor?

Get a new cable modem. Mine started doing what you describe and replacing the modem fixed it.

Nope. I have the computer, phone, tablet, and xbox set up. That's it.

Your wifi signal drops for 30 seconds or your Internet connection?

Level 3 had a massive outage today that made my day quite busy.

I have the xbox plugged in directly from the router in the living room. When the connection dies, it does for all devices. That's why I think it's a router issue

I recently had problems with Cox in the BR, LA area due to Cox rolling out IPv6 in my market.

They are testing some type of dual stack protocol where each device has an IP4 and IP6 address.

It caused problems for users in my area.

My thread.
