I typically get like 6 down and 5 up. Right now it's a miraculous 50/11.

Oh, I didn't know we were answering based on speed test, just what we're officially paying for. You pay for 100/10 just like I do if you have Cox.

That reminds me, I need to troubleshoot my connection. My speed tests are consistently in the 88-92mbps range. When I had the 50mbps premier, I'd consistently get results in the 60-65 range which included PowerBoost (the initial burst speed for large files). If signals were appropriate, I should be getting over 100mbps in speed tests consistently. It's always low 90s or upper 80s, regardless of time of day.

Looked at some of the values in my modem settings.

Downstream power level seems a bit on the high side, upstream is fine, SNR seems ok. No splitters anywhere, so I'm not sure what else I can do (before getting a mouthbreather on the phone at Cox).

44$ month through Uverse. I don't know what speed, it's fast enough to stream video. I don't game or torrent, so I don't need anything faster.

$45 a month for 60/5 via Charter...it used to be 30/4 I think and the speed just went up at some point this year. I'm just outside of Birmingham though.
