I purchased a new computer, Google Drive is not downloading?

I purchased a new computer the other day and Im trying to download google drive. I start the download and its been stuck on the downloading screen for over 30 min. The download doesnt make any progress at all. Here is a screenshot of my desktop on what its stuck on.
Any reason why its stuck like this?
