I need a new ipad

The title says it all. I don't need a lot of storage and only wifi. Is there a best place to buy that is less expensive? Thanks.

I would check the refurbished models at the apple store.
If you wait a little longer, new models will be out and the prices will drop on the ones that are on sale now.

AT&T selling basic WiFi+Cellular iPad Mini 2's for $199.99 right now...
They are spec'd out exactly the same as iPad Mini 3's except for the sapphire home button which allows for TouchID capability.
I jumped on one last month and it's been awesome.

Gotta buy a data plan or expand your data to allow a hot spot capable data plan for an existing lime I think.
