Is the Roku 8 out? Also does Netflix offer an 8K package and does it include the previous Ks?

I'm going to start a thread to ask why my Roku 1 doesn't support 8k. I downloaded the movie on my Dell Inspiron laptop but their technical support was of no help. Damn Indians.
