How can I modify a pdf file?

I have a document in pdf form that needs modifying.. How does one accomplish this?

Paid acrobat can do this if it was created as a .pdf, however if somebody scanned an image and saved as .pdf then you may be SOL.

You could always open it in Photoshop / Gimp and try to make it look the same. Or create the .pdf from scratch.

It was created as pdf, not a scanned document.

I think I found some editing software that offers free trials.. Will try tomorrow.

Bacon, appreciate the offer if it was only my info I'd be okay with it.. But there's several people's personal info on it.

Yeah, I have Adobe Pro as well and it can handle this. All else fails and you really need this, you can pay for a month of access for Adobe.

You can edit with AdobePro - it will edit scanned docs as well.
