Purchased the leaf for about $70 when I cut the cord back in January 2016. It has worked absolutely fine until just recently.

Now, it gets Interference frequently, even on clear days.

It hasn't been moved. All connections are secure.

Any suggestions as to why this is suddenly happening?

Should I have the tv run its antenna/channel scanning process? I've been hesitant to do this because the interference has been so bad I'm afraid that channel won't come in when scanning.

Where are you? Has a cell tower recently been erected near you?

BTW--clear vs. cloudy days doesn't really affect HF signals. You can get bad signal reception sometimes on a beautiful day and perfect reception during a hurricane.

Does your TV have a signal diagnostic setting? If so, check the signal to noise ratio. The amp could be going bad on it.
